Last Wednesday I helped carry on the Clean Getaway Comedy tradition of coming in 2nd place. \u00a0It was a great night at the Lazy Pirate in Carolina Beach. \u00a0I was joined by fellow comedians Sean Webb, Zack Burke and Mike Van Vliet. \u00a0The hilarious Cliff Cash kicked the night off with a hilarious opening set to warm up the crowd along with Louis Bishop who hosted the event and gave out raffle prizes to a few lucky folks. \u00a0 It was all brought home by Mike Van Vliet who won 1st place using his crowd work skeelz. \u00a0A big thanks goes out to the management at the Lazy Pirate for allowing to perform at their venue and to Louis Bishop who put the event on. \u00a0The competition continues every Wednesday night at 9PM at the Lazy Pirate – 701 North Lake Park Boulevard\u00a0\u00a0Carolina Beach, NC 28428. \u00a0There is a $5.00 cover and drink specials every comedy night. \u00a0Come out and see Carolina Beaches only live comedy scene and the best comics in the local region. \u00a0$5.00 Long Island Ice Teas and $4.00 Wines.<\/p>\n

This guy yelled out during drug joke. You know you can trust a guy on drugs he has a Jamaican headband, blonde dreads, a beard, and an App. State T-Shirt. He was very nice.<\/p><\/div>\n
