Back at UNCW

It was great to return to where it all started.  My very first time on stage EVER was at UNCW my freshman year.  For the first time ever, a small amateur competition was being held called The Last Seahawk Standing.  I had always wanted to give stand-up a try but had never had the opportunity.  My first time on stage, I hardly got a few chuckles, but I didn’t get booed.  Every year I tried again, and my senior year, I won it.

In the very same room, we held a free comedy night.  The funny Tyler Wood hosted while the hilarious Mike Santo Featured.  It was wonderful to share the “stage” at Cameron with these guys.  Thank you to all those who came out and helped support it.  It was great.
